Registration for Kindergarten at Bath Elementary will open on Thursday, February 1, 2024. 

To be eligible, a child must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2024. If you have a child who meets this qualification: 

• Visit bathwildcats.org and click on the registration link on the upper left-hand side of the screen.  
• Provide the elementary office with the child’s birth certificate from the county health department (which includes the mother’s maiden name), immunization information, custody documents (if applicable; include ALL pages of the document and the judge or magistrate’s signature), three (3) documents providing proof of residence in the Bath Local School District.

All of these items must be submitted to the elementary office before kindergarten screening takes place. You may also upload images of the documents as part of the registration in Final Forms. 

The elementary office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Kindergarten screening will be held Thursday, May 23^rd and Friday, May 24^th. You will be contacted to schedule the screening for your child once the registration is completed and all documents are provided.
