BMS is a Project Lead The Way (PLTW) building, offering robust STEM courses like Design and Modeling, Computer Science for Innovators and Makers, with Robotics and Automation coming in the 2025-2026 school year. To further challenge advanced learners, eighth-grade students have the opportunity to earn high school credit in Algebra and Spanish, setting them on an advanced placement path.

With the use of CTE Equipment Grant funds, we have expanded our curriculum and added equipment to enhance opportunities for students who are interested in career pathways in engineering/manufacturing, health sciences, construction, drone education, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship. We created a 26-module College and Career Readiness (CCR) lab, which is one of the largest in Ohio and provides hands-on, exploratory learning across diverse career fields. In addition, we transformed our library into an Innovation Lab that encourages STEM engagement, creativity, and collaboration and is supported by cutting-edge technology such as robotics, drones, 3D printing, virtual/augmented reality, and a new E-sports lab. Additional equipment such as laser engravers, cricuts, heat presses, and embroidery machines will be used to create our own school spirit store with apparel and items all created by our students.
Bath High School proudly offers two work-based programs to our students. The Career Awareness Training (CAT) Program is a work-based learning opportunity for seniors, providing internship opportunities that allow them to gain hands-on experience in their chosen career fields. Career-Based Intervention (CBI), another work-based learning program, enhances practical skills and provides students with valuable real-world experience through employment.
Beyond academics, Bath High School offers approximately 20 clubs and organizations that foster social interaction, service learning, and student involvement. These groups include Student Council, Interact Club, The Pawprint, National Honors Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Academic Team, Positive Peer Advocates (PPA), Drama Club, and many others. These combined offerings provide students with both rigorous academic foundations and practical, real-world experiences to prepare them for success in college and future careers.
